Saturn goes retrograde in Libra

It's SO exhausting being me.

The Saturn Retrograde in Libra Anti-theme:
You Don't Know What Love Is (You Just Do As You're Told)
The White Stripes

Saturn is a bitch, no matter what the hell it's doing. Then throw a stall into the mix, and consider yourself toast....But unfortunately, it's never that simple, and with this Rx in Libra, the sign of justice and balance, it means more sly sadism is thrown into this dastardly brew. So know now until June 12, 2011, you will have no want of personal turmoil and no fast rides to redemption. No joke.

Yes, withhold the applause for the ultimate aggravation, because they'll be no getting off the hook easily now, as it's time to get into the trenches to work on setting karma straight once again and reclaiming balance in those particular areas of life, especially relationships....and while it'd be nice to think it's now or never, options are not really on the table. It's deal with the drama now or have it spread. Yes, now starts the clock to a new personal journey and challenges that will only subside after you've submitted enough blood, sweat and tears. Exactly how will you do it? Well, that's the riddle you need to solve, as Saturn is always about testing your character with no solid reference points to count on.

All you'll have to get you through this is your integrity and passion; believing in and doing whatever it takes to stand behind your beliefs for the greater good. Otherwise,  going through the motions or sticking close to the comfort zone won't just fail, but suck you deeper into its bottomless maelstrom. Yes, it'll take pure heart to motivate, and all your strength to fully activate, so take in that last deep breathe and dive in to swim against the currents, towards that next finish line...

Areas Saturn will drop its wrecking ball sign-by-sign; where to batten down your hatches (Again, don't forget to read your sun and rising sign!):

Aries (March 21-April 19): Promoting equality in partnerships authentically and gracefully, seeing two sides to the coin.

Taurus (April 20- May 20): Establishing a realistic health regime, sticking to disciplined routines.

Gemini (May 21- June 20): Knowing your romantic and creative worth, pursuing the vision.

Cancer (June 21-July 22): Re-drawing boundaries with those closest to you, rising to new responsibilities.

Leo (July 23- August 22): Having effective exchanges in your communications, sharing not forcing ideas and learning from listening.

Virgo (August 23- September 22): Dealing with what you have, measuring it up to what you want.

Libra (September 23- October 22): Challenging yourself in the right ways, being true to your integrity.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21): Making peace with your past, growing up and into a new and improved you.

Sagittarius (November 22- December 21): Balancing business and friendship, being careful with how you dole out your trust.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19): Redirecting your path to the top, doing what brings out your best.

Aquarius (January 20-February 19): Reconfiguring your idealism to more workable terms, creating hope despite the odds.

Pisces (February 20-March 20): Wrestling with passion's dark side, learning all the angles to your emotions for ultimate control.

Jupiter enters Aries

Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy!

I don't care that it's the coldest day in NYC this winter, with grayish/yellow ice and snow covering everything; I'm still going to spend my day running about outside in my bikini, because it's mind over matter when it comes to life and if I don't suck up the challenge of obstacles, to get what I ultimately want (Today, it's a rooftop jacuzzi.), then only I am to blame for my dissatisfactions. Besides, nothing ever happens perfectly, and if it did, what would be the point after a while? Perfection is a verb, not a noun. A transitory point of view.

So, today, as Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion, zips into Aries, the sign of rebellion, the pioneer, and the unforgiving competitor, I say hold tight to the reins and steer yourself onto a new fascinating unknown! A path that amazes and challenges; one that brings out your best fearless leader! If you do, then you can reap the rewards that is Jupiter in Aries (lasts until June 4, 2011).

Plus, the good news is that Aries is also the sign of impatience, so the scenery will change fast, with sudden opportunities and even quicker results -- which will be totally unlike this recent Jupiter in Pisces, which personally for me, worked slow as molasses and went down to the last drop to really give me its flavor...as in its last day revealing the culmination of my efforts finally adding up to a sense arrival... As for my Jupiter in Aries adventure, I only hope I have to hold on even tighter, as the next part gets even wilder and more gratifyingly excitingly...

As for what's what for each sign, here's the run down of where to throw caution away from and run directly into (For maximum insight, read your sun and rising sign!):

Aries (March 21-April 19): Letting your pioneering spirit lead the way, seeing your impulses pay off.

Taurus (April 20- May 20):
Expanding your sense of comfort, balancing work and play.

Gemini (May 21- June 20):
Juggling variety
ingeniously, having your cake and eating it too.

Cancer (June 21-July 22):
Trusting where you belong, ensuring a sense of security.

Leo (July 23- August 22):
Inspiring others with your talents, gaining the respect you desire.

Virgo (August 23- September 22):
Sharing your skills for a greater good, thriving on a deeper sense of purpose.

Libra (September 23- October 22):
Expressing and exchanging ideals, living beautifully.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21):
Wielding power positively, being an object of envy versus its purveyor.

Sagittarius (November 22- December 21):
Exploring your freedom, living up to your principles.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19):
Cashing in on hard work, succeeding on your term.

Aquarius (January 20-February 19): Changing up the status quo, redefining authority.

Pisces (February 20-March 20): Forging a deeper spiritual state-of-being, feeling closer to nirvana.

Mars enters Aquarius

Think eclectic!

Ahhh, I've always said there aren't any astro emergencies -- but then this weekend happened, and apparently there are! Seems a lot of people are going crazy reading about how the Earth's axis has changed, everyone is a different sign and  there is a new sign too -- but people, the astronomer who said it was giving his THEORY, NOT FACT on the matter.

Yes, the axis of the Earth has changed, but don't freak, the sky isn't falling! The signs are still the same, as the proof is in the pudding and if astrology has worked for you in the past, it will keep working for you in the future!!!! The dates of the signs are based on the season, the 0 axis of spring starts Aries, the start of the zodiac, not the constellations in the sky!!! Plus, this theory is old news, as naysayers of astrology have been saying it for years and no matter, the same basis for how the system is set up still works -- and note, the system was created with the knowledge the axis was in constant flux, which is why astrology is based on the seasons, not the constellations!!!

If you need to read more, here are links to articles to explain it more...and as the first article states, the astronomer was saying the whole thing about the axis and new sign is  a THEORY, NOT A FACT! So if you believed before, trust it is still the same...and if you never did, then it doesn't matter! As it stands, today and forever, it's always up to you to believe what you want in this life!!!!!

Venus enters Sagittarius

If you can think it, it can happen.

Venus in Sagittarius is my favorite Venusian time. With the pleasure planet being run by the sign of spontaneity, adventure, freedom, truth and idealism, what could go wrong? ....and besides all that, the reason why I also love it so is because I was born with a Venus in Sagittarius! That means nothing conventional will ever suit me, as I'd just die with boredom if life were a predictable series of events that never allowed me to bounce around with all my curiosities, exploring every good time, interest, strange curiosity, truth or challenge I encounter. Yes, surprises happen with Venus in Sagittarius and holding back is never on the agenda. Instead, time to spread open the wings and go leaping off the edge with only your blind faith and unrelenting optimism in tow. Yes, time to take chances, believe in the impossible and explore the extraordinary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the agenda until February 4, 2011, make the most of it by...
Aries (March 21-April 19): Taking an extreme adventure
Taurus (April 20- May 20): Exploring your darkest fantasies

Gemini (May 21- June 20): Believing in others
Cancer (June 21-July 22): Letting your inspirations dictate your time
Leo (July 23- August 22): Showing off your individuality
Virgo (August 23- September 22): Planting seeds to your dream
Libra (September 23- October 22): Understanding enthusiasm is a badge of honor
Scorpio (October 23-November 21): Accepting you're priceless and treat yourself accordingly
Sagittarius (November 22- December 21): Aiming for the stars
Capricorn (December 22-January 19): Disregarding limits
Aquarius (January 20-February 19): Reaching out everywhere
Pisces (February 20-March 20): Enjoying the view from the top of your world

New Moon Partial Solar Eclipse In Capricorn

Stability, on its way!

Yeaaaaaaah, today marks the second to last eclipse in the Cancer and Capricorn series that started in 2009, stirring up a shit-storm of duress in its wake. Just think back to these dates and if anything happened around then, know you've been hit:

2009 (GMT Times)
July 7 2009 Lunar Eclipse @ 9:38 a.m. 15° Capricorn 25'
July 22 2009 Solar Eclipse @ 2:35 a.m. 29° Cancer 27'
December 31 2009 Lunar Eclipse @ 7:21 p.m. 10° Cancer 15'

2010
January 15 2010 Solar Eclipse @ 7:06 a.m. 25° Capricorn 01'
June 26 2010 Lunar Eclipse @ 11:37 a.m. 04° Capricorn 46'
July 11 2010 Solar Eclipse @ 7:33 p.m. 19° Cancer 24'

2011
January 4 2011
Solar Eclipse @ 8:49 a.m. 13° Capricorn 38'
July 1 2011
Solar Eclipse @ 8:38 a.m. 09° Cancer 12'

If so, it was the eclipses working their madness onto you--and how they work is sudden and harsh, as you can't prepare. You just have to battle it back and see how tough you really are. Also, if they nothing happens on the exact day or 5 days of the eclipse, it can strike on the same day a month prior or after too. Yes, basically, there is no escaping its wrath.

Anywhoo, today all will be put to the past, as this is the last of the two eclipses in the series and they are luckily solar eclipses, which add something to your life rather than take it away. So breath a sigh of relief, as general dealings with family, real estate, business and money will start to ease up. Of course, the Gemini and Sagittarius eclipses did start on December 21, 2010, so don't think you've gotten away so easily yet. You know it, just as one shit storm settles, another picks up. Ah, life....
