The weather has been AMAZING in NYC!!!!! That groundhog was no liar when he saw his shadow and predicted a early spring, because already in the last few weeks of winter the weather has spiked to glorious temperatures! Yes, days of hiked hemlines, outdoor ice coffees and the surest sign of the season in the city, lots-o-roadkill. After all, when the sun is out to stay, the rats are out to play.
